Terms of Service
Effective October 1, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you (or the business you represent) and AdRes Inc., a Wyoming company(“AdRes”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using AdRes, you agree to them. If you use AdRes for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for it.
1. The service
AdRes reads the advertising accounts you connect, computes your results, and reports them to you in daily email summaries and in Odin, our assistant. AdRes is read-only: it never creates, edits, pauses or deletes your ads, campaigns or budgets. Features may change as we improve the service.
2. Your account
AdRes is for business use by people 18 or older. Keep your sign-in details secure, and tell us promptly at amar@adres.ai if you think your account has been misused. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Connecting ad accounts
You may connect only ad accounts you are authorized to connect, and you must follow the terms of the platforms involved (including Google’s and Meta’s). You can disconnect at any time. If a platform limits or ends our access, the affected reporting may stop.
4. Your data
You own your data. You give AdRes permission to access and process it only to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell it.
5. Insights, not instructions
AdRes reports figures from your platforms and points out changes and patterns. Platforms can revise their figures after we report them, and some answers are phrased with the help of an AI model. Our reports are information to help you decide; they are not financial, legal or professional advice, and you remain responsible for decisions about your advertising.
6. Fees
Paid plans are billed as stated in your order or plan. Fees are due as invoiced and are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice of a price change, which applies from your next billing period.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse AdRes: do not attempt to access other customers’ data, interfere with or overload the service, reverse engineer it, resell it without our agreement, or use it to break the law or any platform’s terms.
8. Our intellectual property
AdRes, including its software, design and content, belongs to us. These terms give you the right to use the service while your account is active; they do not transfer any ownership.
9. Ending the agreement
You can stop using AdRes and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we must for legal reasons, and we will give notice where we reasonably can. After an account closes, we delete your advertising data as our Privacy Policy describes.
10. Disclaimers
AdRes is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, AdRes is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or advertising spend. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify AdRes against claims arising from your misuse of the service or your violation of these terms or of a platform’s terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and both parties consent to their jurisdiction.
14. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and tell you by email if the change is material; continuing to use AdRes after that means you accept it. Questions: amar@adres.ai.
