Data Deletion
Effective October 1, 2026
You can disconnect AdRes and have your data deleted at any time. This page explains how. For what we collect and why, see our Privacy Policy.
1. Disconnect an ad account
Disconnecting stops AdRes from reading the account. You can do it in any of these places:
- In AdRes: Settings, then Connectors, then Disconnect, or email us and we will do it for you.
- Meta (Facebook): Facebook Settings, then Business Integrations, then remove AdRes. If you shared a business ad account with AdRes as a partner, remove AdRes under Business Settings, then Accounts, then Ad accounts, then Partners.
- Google Ads: your Google Account, then Security, then Third-party apps with account access, then remove AdRes.
2. Request deletion
Email amar@adres.ai with the subject “Data deletion request”. Include the email address of your AdRes account (or the one you connected with) and, if you know them, the ad account IDs.
We confirm your request within 7 days, and we delete the advertising data and account information related to it within 30 days. We email you when it is done.
3. What is deleted, and what is kept
We delete the advertising data we read for you (account settings, campaign names and statuses, and daily performance figures), the stored platform responses, and your account information.
We keep only records the law requires us to keep, such as billing and tax records, for as long as the law requires.
