Privacy Policy
Effective October 1, 2026
This policy explains how AdRes Inc., a Wyoming company (“AdRes”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you visit adres.ai, use the AdRes app at app.adres.ai, receive our daily emails, or ask questions in Odin, our assistant. It also explains how we handle the advertising data you connect from Google Ads and Meta.
The short version: AdRes reads your advertising data only with your permission and only to report on it to you. We never change your ads, we never sell your data, and you can disconnect and have your data deleted at any time.
1. Information we collect
Account information. Your name, work email, company and role, and the information needed to sign you in securely.
Advertising data you connect. When you connect an ad account, you authorize AdRes to read it through the Google Ads API or the Meta Marketing API. We request read-only access only (for Meta, the ads_read permission). We read:
- ad account identifiers and settings: name, currency, time zone and status;
- campaign names and statuses;
- daily performance figures: spend, impressions, clicks, conversions and conversion value, as the platform reports them.
We never create, edit, pause or delete ads, campaigns, budgets or audiences, and we do not request permissions that would allow it.
Website information. If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use adres.ai. If you request a demo or subscribe to our newsletter, we keep the details you enter (such as your name, email, company and message).
Messages and email delivery. Emails you send us, and delivery records for the emails we send you (for example, whether a daily summary was delivered).
2. How we use information
We use the information above only to:
- produce your daily email summaries and answer your questions in Odin, computed from your own advertising data;
- keep the service secure and reliable, and detect and prevent misuse;
- provide support, manage billing, and send you service messages;
- respond to demo requests and, if you subscribed, send you our newsletter.
We do not sell personal information or advertising data, we do not use your advertising data to target or profile anyone, and we do not use it to train AI models.
AI processing. Odin uses an AI model to phrase answers. The figures in an answer are computed by AdRes from your data and checked before they are shown. The model is run through Amazon Bedrock, under terms that do not allow the provider to use your data to train models.
3. Google and Meta data
AdRes’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We use data received from Meta only as permitted by the Meta Platform Terms and only to provide the reporting described in this policy to the person or business that connected the ad account.
4. How we share information
We share information only with:
- service providers that run AdRes for us under contract: Amazon Web Services (hosting, storage, email delivery and Amazon Bedrock), Airtable (website form submissions) and Google Analytics (website analytics, only with your consent);
- authorities, when the law requires it;
- a successor, if AdRes is merged or acquired, under this same policy;
- anyone else, only with your permission.
5. Retention and deletion
We keep advertising data while your account is active and the ad account stays connected. When you disconnect an ad account, close your account or ask us to delete your data, we delete the related advertising data within 30 days.
We keep billing and tax records, and any other records the law requires, for as long as the law requires. See how to request deletion.
6. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest and stored in the United States on Amazon Web Services. Credentials for your ad accounts are read-only and kept in a dedicated secrets store. Staff access is limited to what the service needs and requires multi-factor authentication. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify you as the law requires if a breach affects your information.
7. Your choices and rights
You can disconnect an ad account at any time, in AdRes or in your Google or Meta settings. You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your information by emailing amar@adres.ai. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law; we honor them, and we will not discriminate against you for using them. We respond within 30 days.
8. Children
AdRes is a business service and is not directed to anyone under 18.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date, and we will tell you by email if the change is material.
